If you would like to learn more about man's impact on the environment, the Level 1 Award in Preventing Plastic Pollution will introduce you to the types and uses of plastics, the methods used to manage plastic waste and the ways plastic pollution can be reduced. You will also look at plastic pollution's particularly harmful impact on the marine environment and animals.
The course will be delivered by one of our specialist tutors. You will be taught in one of our centres or in our virtual classroom (via Zoom). Activities will often include discussions, group and pair work, written work, Q&A and worksheets. Your tutor will ensure that the lessons are engaging, interactive and supportive.
