Providers

The purpose of the Land + Nature Skills Service is to support a skilled, inclusive workforce fit for the future of land and nature based work in Cumbria, meeting the needs of communities and our natural environment.

The LANSS is not a training provider, but a promotional channel for providers of learning and training opportunities to showcase their training and skills opportunities. It is an information hub for the existing workforce and potential new entrants, including young people, to the land and nature sector. Sign up today to create a provider account and start advertising your courses.

Whether you are a formal education establishment or a specialist skills provider, LANSS can help promote your courses. This can be any medium of learning whether online, classroom, practical, or a blended learning environment. Accredited or non-accredited learning, long and short courses are all included in the LANSS fully searchable database.

We will work with learners and employers to identify skills and training gaps and liaise with training providers to create bespoke learning opportunities to meet those needs.
