This course will cover the practical application of forest operations to achieve stand transformation using resilient silvicultural systems. You will learn and share your own knowledge about the principles and practice of Continuous Cover Forestry (CCF) in the context of estate woodland management. It is a practical course where participants will view and discuss stands on the estate that are potential candidates for, or in the early stages of CCF transformation.
