We’re looking for an Estate Manager to join us in Cumbria, to become responsible for a diverse portfolio of our let estate in South East Cumbria and Morecambe bay and assist the Senior Estate Manager with the Central and East Lakes portfolio whilst supporting the management of our surrounding land. We’re looking for someone who can create and deliver the ambition for our places, work closely with our partners and build trust and work with our farm tenants, to look after our farms, whilst delivering our charitable purpose to restore nature and deliver our climate change ambitions. As the key link with our tenants and other collaborators, you will manage the portfolio in a professional manner, ensuring proactive communication and industry knowledge are always present.
