Studying at Barony gives you lots of flexibility, e.g. you can start studying for your National Certificate and then progress to higher level qualifications as you wish. There is also the option to pick up your 'tickets' along the way.
For students living in England fees may be payable depending on the course but it is possible to do work placements in Cumbria. Likewise they 'block' the training and deliver some of it online so that you may only have to be in Dumfries for part of the week or for blocks at a time.
There are accommodation options for those aged 16+ and good transport links from Dumfries.
