Volunteer Management in land- and nature-based settings focuses on recruiting, organising, supporting and motivating volunteers who help deliver conservation, countryside, heritage or community projects. This can involve coordinating practical tasks, training sessions, rotas, events and communications so that volunteers can contribute safely and effectively.
This role combines people skills, organisation and sector knowledge. You may work with community groups, schools, charities or estates, helping volunteers gain confidence and experience while making a positive contribution to land, wildlife and heritage projects.
