This course is designed to help you manage your staff better, whether you’re a seasoned manager or new to a managerial role on the farm. It can help you motivate staff, improve communication, set up a formal feedback process and deal with difficult situations such as redundancy. This course has seven parts, each with a quiz. Complete all the quizzes successfully to gain CPD points.
