There are four units to complete for this qualification which will run across the full year including:

  • Customer Service in Travel and Tourism
  • The UK Travel and Tourism Industry
  • Impact of Travel and Tourism Provision on a Host Community
  • UK Coastal Tourism
  • The lesson activities will be a range of individual and group activities which will require a range of skills. This could be presentations, discussion, leaflets and posters as well as verbal assessments.
  • This qualification is mainly made up of a range of written assessment tasks that will be made relevant for the units.
  • There will be some home study required, and you will need to complete assessments in your own time, approximately 1 hour per week.
