Thanks to the 56 LANSS supporters who completed our survey last year, we are pleased to share that based on the evidence of need demonstrated, Skills Fix has been awarded the contract to run a Land and Nature Skills Bootcamp in Autumn 2026. Skills Bootcamps are short, intense training courses backed by the government's Lifetime Skills Guarantee and are available to anyone over the age of 19. This pilot scheme will offer 8 participants a series of funded sessions covering a range of land and nature skills, with the aim to enable them to kickstart or progress their career in the sector. LANSS are working closely with Skills Fix on the content of the training programme.
