

We're looking for an experienced Community Engagement Officer to lead on the development and delivery of engagement activities for the Coast-to-Coast Nature Trail Project. This project will assess the feasibility of creating a wildlife rich corridor to protect habitats and wildlife and create a resilient foundation for future nature recovery. This project is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. The successful candidate will have a degree in a related subject or alternatively a demonstration of a high level of knowledge and experience in similar work. You'll have experience in supervising volunteers and working with diverse communities to create meaningful engagement in environmental or heritage projects as well as knowledge of land management, conservation and protected landscapes. You'll be based at Bainbridge with travel across the Coast-to-Coast Nature Trail area, blended working opportunities are available. We’re proud to be a Disability Confident employer.
